Il Botteghino: custom Shopify, zero manual entry
A custom Shopify theme written from scratch in Liquid for a fashion boutique in business since 1979, with a programmatic catalog import pipeline on the Shopify GraphQL API. No template, no manual product entry.

A 47-year-old family boutique with curated brands, run by people who have no time to learn a shop admin. The store had to feel like the shop, and the catalog had to flow in without clicks.
Italian consumer law adds obligations most themes ignore: proper withdrawal flows and explicit consent.

Automate the catalog.
A CLI workflow on the Shopify GraphQL Admin API imports products straight from the client's Excel: variants, barcodes, inventory, staged media uploads, channel publishing.
Make every product citable.
Per-product SEO and AEO enrichment with FAQ structured data (FAQPage JSON-LD), so the pages answer questions, not just list sizes.

The first real product went live end to end with 9 variants and 7 photos, zero manual clicks in the admin. The shop now runs on a theme the client owns completely.
